While traditional founders fight over engineering talent, our creators already have the hardest part solved: distribution and trust. By combining their unparalleled audience reach with AI-powered development, we’re not just building companies – we’re creating the next generation of female tech leaders.
How ITG works for you
Each creator’s new business will give a 10% equity stake to the incubator. We provide all the resources and funding, while creators maintain majority control over their brands. Our revenue model is based on the appreciation of the equity stakes as each creator-owned business scales. This creates a risk-free model for creators and provides us a return flow to reinvest into the incubator and ensure growth for all participants.
